The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City Of Shelby assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

AUTOMOBILE PURCHASES: Any automobile purchased from City Of Shelby shall be removed from our premises within ten (10) business days. After that time period, the sale will be canceled and the automobile will be offered to the next highest bidder or re-auctioned. A default of this nature could result in a penalty in the form of a charge of 40% of the purchase price by GovDeals and a lockout of the City Of Shelby auction site. Automobile titles will not be released until the car is paid for. Vehicles may have unknown defects. The City of Shelby does not perform any diagnostic testing. All vehicles are sold “AS IS”.

Bidders are encouraged to make arrangements to inspect.
