Both tripods are missing the quick disconnect pads that attach to the bottom of the camera.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT ONLINE OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time/date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, a certified Cashiers Check, or a Money Order. Certified Check or Money Order Payments, made payable to: Carteret County Public School System may be mailed to: Carteret Co. Public Schools Warehouse, ATTN: Dawn, 601 Mulberry St. Beaufort, NC 28516. If making payment in person, please call the Warehouse office at (252) 728-5115 to schedule a date/time for payment.

Removal

All items MUST BE REMOVED within 10 business days from the time/date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

Property may be removed between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm, Mon. – Fri., excluding school holidays (we are closed on Fridays during the summer). Please call the Warehouse office to schedule a date/time for removal. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located (as indicated in the auction listing and in the Buyer’s Certificate). The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS, THEY MUST BE PICKED UP AT OUR LOCATION. WE DO NOT PACKAGE OR PREPARE ITEMS FOR SHIPPING. We can provide the phone number to a local Pack & Ship store that will pick up small items and ship them to you. They can also arrange for commercial freight for large items. Buyer must make all arrangements for shipping.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CARTERET COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKING, LOADING OR SHIPPING.

Special Instructions

All bidders and other participants of this auction agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Carteret County Public School System reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed.
