City of Danville, Virginia Surplus Property:

We have for sale two (2) ISCO 2700 sampler controllers (software 7.43), ISCO 3700 sampler controller, ISCO 1700 flow meter, ISCO 1710 flow meter printer, ISCO 2870 flow meter, ISCO 1680 composite controller, ISCO interface cables, ISCO Ni-Cad 5 station battery charger, ISCO composite bottles for refrigerant, ISCO casings and composite inserts and ISCO composite bottle caps and associated parts (see pictures). This equipment was used at the Waste Water Treatment Plant. It is unknown what the working ability is of this equipment.

*All property is offered for sale on an AS-IS basis. The City of Danville Virginia makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to kind, character or quality of the equipment, or its fitness for any use or purpose.

*Failure to inspect property shall not constitute grounds for a claim (full or partial refund) or for the withdrawal of a bid after closing of the auction.

Inspection

Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times. Property may be inspected between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Payment

Your total purchase price will include 5% Virginia state sales tax and 7.5% auction fee. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order. Checks shall be made payable to: City of Danville. As per City Policy we cannot accept cash payments.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all shipping arrangements. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
