Working condition good. Unit just removed from service with last bill run in June 2012. Believed to be approximately 15 years old. Very well kept by Nashville Electric Service.
MBO Stacker/Folder. Type B26-1-15/4. Serial #: N-04/38
Bell and Howell Mail Inserter (Serial No: 46-9151) with 4 Streamfeeders.
On-edge Conveyor. Model #: A823 Serial Number: N-04/38. 120 VAC Volts. 5 Amps.
Includes Tower and Hard Drive. Upgraded (within last 2 years) operating system including the hardware and software. The system should be valid for the next 8+ years.
All manuals included for equipment.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. See Terms and Conditions for additional payment instructions.

Acceptable forms of payment FOR THIS SALE will be: U.S. Currency, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Company Check (with Bank Letter Guaranteeing Payment – Mandatory).

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate or BY SEPTEMBER 14, 2012. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Seller may agree to let the Buyer use a Pallet Jack to remove this equipment if necessary. Seller will provide no manpower for removal.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Purchaser shall indemnify, insure, exonerate and hold harmless the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Electric Power Board and operating under the service name of Nashville Electric Service, its agents, servants and employees and the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County in its regular corporate capacity against all claims, suits or actions of every kind or description and of all persons whomsoever, including without limitation claims of employees, agents or servants of Purchaser or any subcontractors. Said indemnification and exoneration shall apply to all losses and damages whether for personal injury, property damage and/or loss of life or property and use resulting from or in any way connected to the removal and relocation of items listed in this posting including without limitation such claims as are based upon alleged deliberate and/or intentional conduct, even though such intentional acts are authorized or required by the terms and provisions of this contract, active or passive negligence, joint negligence of both parties, or any other basis in law or in equity.
