1 - LOT OF APPROX. 10 METAL DOORS THESE DOORS ARE CURRIES INSULATED HOLLOW METAL DOORS APPROX. SIZE 3' X 6'-8" PAINTED PRIMER GRAY DOORS HAVE MAIL SLOT CUT OUT, PRE-DRILLED FOR VIEWER AND ARE PRECUT FOR LOCKSET.

CONDITION OF ITEMS IS UNKNOWN: ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN USED BUT HAVE BEEN IN STORAGE A NUMBER OF YEARS. ITEMS ARE STILL IN MANUFACTURES PACKAGING SOME MAY HAVE DAMAGE.

ITEMS ARE NO LONGER NEEDED.

THESE ITEMS ARE LOCATED IN THE LOWER LEVEL GARAGE AT THE REAR OF 4451 FOREST PARK BLVD., ST. LOUIS LOUIS, MO 63108 ENTRY IS FROM THE ALLEY.

Removal

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyers Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyers Certificate.
