2008 Chevrolet Uplander VAN, 3.9L V6 OHV 12V FFV, starts, runs, exhaust leak, possible cracked manifold or bad gasket, automatic transmission, it was reported there are transmission issues, shavings were found in fluid, reported bad front hub bearing, white exterior, dent in rear bumper and gouge in front bumper, grey interior, interior is gutted, 1 missing rear captain seat and missing rear bench and seat belts, many of the rear interior panels are missing, glove compartment lid is off and hinge is missing, AM/FM/CD, A/C, Dual air bags, Cruise Control, Tilt Steering, Remote mirrors, PW, PL, and PS.

(Keep in mind that items are located at a State Office/Warehouse, so inspection will be Monday thru Friday during that Office's hours and not State Holidays).

ALL Payments must be made to: MISSOURI STATE AGENCY FOR SURPLUS PROPERTY, P.O BOX 1310, JEFFERSON CITY, MO 65102-1310. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Removal

If after the award, the Buyer breaches the contract by failure to pay for or remove, the Buyer shall lose all right, title and interest which they may otherwise have acquired in and to such property as to which a default has occurred. Purchaser's failure to remove items awarded will be cause for removal of bidder from bidders list for future sales.
