This auction is for two (2) sections of antique brass-embellished post office boxes. These boxes were once in use at a Postal facility; and are now being sold AS IS. Each section has 30 small-sized boxes. The sections are encased in metal cabinets; specs are 23.5"W x 14.5"D x 26.5"H. Each section weighs 114 pounds. The winning bidder of this item will be completely responsible for packing, loading and transportation/shipping. Under no circumstances will the USPS Asset Accountability Service Center assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping so please keep this in mind when bidding. Please contact nancy.l.gilchrist@usps.gov to schedule an inspection. A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final selling price of all items in addition to any taxes imposed. Payment: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Acceptable forms of payment are PayPal, Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. REMOVAL: PROPERTY MAY BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyers Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Prior to removal, buyer or buyer's authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyers Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including disassembly, packing, loading and transportation of the property.
