Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash (U.S. currency), Certified Check, or Money Order. Checks shall be made payable to: Georgetown County. Buyer is liable for the 6% sales tax of bid amount. Removal
Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Georgetown County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Q: What is the mechanical Condition? Is this car drivable? Can you send pics of the engine? What was this car used for? Any leaks visible on or around the engine compartments? When was the last time the car was serviced? (7/26/12 9:47 AM)
A: The last service was completed on 3/9/12. It was in good mechanical condition during the March Preventative Maintenance. The shop did a wheel bearing and brakes. This was a staff car for 911 director. There are no additional pictures available. (7/26/12 11:27 AM)
