YAG Laser System 3 - 50 Watt units

3 – 50 Watt YAG Laser System was last used in summer of 2009 and 2 of the 3 units were in working condition.
• The 3rd system is in need of unknown repairs that occurred one month prior to discontinuation of use of system.
• Entire system was regularly serviced during the 8 years of use by on-site technicians and LFI, • • International (now known as Photon Manufacturing).
• Laser components were removed in fall of 2009 and have been in temperature controlled storage for 2.5 years.
• FRMP does not guarantee that the system is in working condition.

***NOTE: The buyer must remove all components being auctioned from our premises.***

Under Federal law, operation of lasers over 5 MW (such as the one we are selling) for public demonstrations such as light shows, concert lighting and other displays, requires having an approved variance from the FDA. Therefore,

A) If you intend on using this laser projection system for any such public demonstrations, as evidenced by your signed statement to that effect on date of purchase, Federal law requires us to sell only to buyers who have filed and received an Food and Drug Administration Center for Devices and Radiological Health - approved variance. If you need assistance with the variance filing we can provide referrals to companies capable of providing that service.

B) If you will be using this laser projection system at your home or other private, non-public location, we will require your signed statement on date of purchase to that effect.

C) If you will be taking apart this laser projection system for parts, or otherwise not using it for demonstrations, we will require your signed statement on date of purchase to that effect.

Note that there may be additional state or local laws which require the laser equipment and/or the laser operator to be registered, licensed, or otherwise regulated by the state or locality. GUARANTY WAIVER: Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this agreement, the laser system is being sold to Buyer AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS, AND SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misconception must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
