Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate.

All items shall be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property.

All items are being sold as is, where is.

If a winning bidder pays for auction items, but refuses to pick up items, the winning bidder forfeits any and all monies paid for the auction items.

If items are NOT picked up within ten (10) days of the issuance of the Buyer's Certificate, storage fees of $20.00 per day will be imposed.
