Inspection. Items will be available for inspection on Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm without appointment. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.

Payment. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the end of sale. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency; Cashier’s Check or Money Order. Payment may be made in person Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm or by mail to:

All payments must be accompanied by a copy of your GovDeals Buyer Certificate. DO NOT MAIL CASH. Buyers who mail in payments will receive a receipt by email. Buyers paying in person with cash will receive a receipt upon payment. This receipt MUST BE PRESENTED to the disbursing party, before the property can be released to the buyer.

Removal. All items must be picked up within 10 days from the auction closing date. All items are available for pick up Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Any items not picked up within 10 days from the auction closing date, will be assessed a daily storage fee of $10. Items held over 40 days from the auction closing date will be resold without refund.
