Inspection

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. In person payments require a scheduled appointment. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). If payment is not received within 5 days from the auction end date and time, the seller reserves the right to reclaim and repost the item and the buyer will be prohibited from using GovDeals. Checks shall be made payable to: Berkeley County Water & Sanitation. Please confirm mailing address before sending by mail or express delivery service.

Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm excluding legal holidays. Scheduled pick-up and removal times must be made in advance.
