REMOVAL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items must be removed within 10 business days from date of Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and work necessary for removal of property, including packing, loading and transportation. If buyer does not remove property within the specified number of days, the City of Cabot reserves the right to retain the purchase price and re-sell the property, keeping any and all proceeds obtained.
