Inspection. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Property may be inspected BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments are accepted Mon through Wed from 9AM to 4PM, excluding legal holidays.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Payment shall be in the form of: • Visa/Master Card ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. If the purchaser does not remove the property purchased within the specified number of days after date of the award, the Commonwealth reserves the right to retain the purchase price and re-sell the property a second time, keeping any proceeds obtained.
