Up for auction is a wood Lectern One Electronic Podium. Approx. measurements are: 27" wide X 46 1/2" tall. This podium is in very USED condition and we are not sure of the workability of this unit, it has not been plugged in or tested. HH-114

| Auctioned "where-is-as-is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Payment due no later than 5 days after auction closes. Only cash, cashier check, certified check, or US postal money order will be accepted for payment. Removal of property must be completed no later than 7 days after auction closes. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost associated with removal. The University will not pack or ship any item. The university reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The university also reserves the right to remove any item from auction at any time, for university purposes. All property is to be considered used and offered at auction on a “where-is-as-is” basis. No guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied. The University will not prep, pack, or ship items, nor will the University make shipping arrangements for buyers. All winning bidders are responsible for all costs incurred in the removal and transport of items, to include labor , materials, and transport. In most cases a forklift is available to assist in loading, however, this assistance is not a condition of this auction offering. University personnel will not load vehicles for the winning bidder without the bidder being present and authorization given by the bidder. Only cash, cashier check, certified check, or US postal money order will be accepted for payment. Any other method of payment must first be discussed with Surplus personnel, and additional fees may apply. Bidding is a valid contract between the University and bidder and obligates the successful bidder to fulfill their part of the contract, and to adhere to stated bidding conditions. Description will contain payment due period, and property removal period. Failure to comply with these time frames will be considered as a bidder default and title to the property will be retained by the University. The host auction site, GovDeals will block the bidder from further bidding on the site. The University will not reinstate the penalized bidder. Only GovDeals can reinstate. The University reserves the right to refuse any and all bids and to remove and retain the property for University use at any time during the listing. All bids are final. | ||||||||||||||
