Payment

Winning bids must be paid within 5 business days. If payment is not received in 5 business days, the bidder will be subject to GovDeals’ Probation or Restriction terms.

Removal

The City of Springfield may SHIP, PACK, and LOAD under our terms (for more details see the Terms and Conditions). Buyer is responsible for making shipping arrangements and the cost of shipping. There is no cost for packing and loading. The City of Springfield will meet PAID customers evenings and weekends.

If the item is not picked up within 30 calendar days, the City reserves the right to resell the item with no refund. The City of Springfield appreciates your cooperation.

Q: hi do you ship or work with a store that can ship (7/30/12 9:30 PM)
A: Once the equipment is paid for, I will pack and box the equipment. Go to our local UPS store, call you, and you talk to UPS. Give them your payment info, and I will sign for you. Then it gets shipped. Unless you have an account with UPS or someone else, then you can arrange a pick-up. I will pack and load at no cost, you are responsible for payment and making all the arrangements. This way I’m not the middle man. (7/31/12 9:06 AM)
