10 WINDSOR ARM CHAIRS Ref# JA 126

Description: This lot consists of TEN (10) used all wood Windsor style arm chairs manufactured by Nicholas & Stone Co. of Gardner, Mass. (circa 1987). Most of the chairs appear to be in fair to good condition some have marks or scratches in the finish. A few may be missing a spindle or have a broken spindle. They are finished in a natural oak stain. The chair measures 22” x 22” x 32 ½ “high in the back. The seat height is 17”. Please Note: The chairs do not stack well and will take more space and or rope to tie down than you might think. Please come prepared with the right equipment and enough tie downs to remove the property. Winning bidder is responsible for all labor, materials, and transport needed for removal of the property. Non-compliance with payment and property removal time criteria may result in the bidder being in default. They must be paid for within 5 business days of bid closing and removed within 7 days of auction close. Reference #JA 126.

The property is located at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN. Warehouse hours are 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
