3.1 gas engine; automatic transmission; This car will start and run with a boost. Overall condition of engine and transmission is unknown, but engine is making a slight ticking sound. Car is equipped with 20" aftermarket rims and tires. Tires have about 75% of tread remaining. The silver exterior is fair, but clear coat is flaking from rear spoiler and hood has a couple of chipped places. All glass, lamps and mirrors are good, but window tint is starting to peel. The gray cloth interior is fair and is equipped with an aftermarket audio system, but stereo is missing the face plate. It also has a Viper alarm system with remote start. A/C is not blowing cold and needs repair. Winning bidder will receive a title and bill of sale. Vehicle may contain defects not visible or noted. NO OTHER INFORMATION IS KNOWN. Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Property may be removed by scheduled appointment only. An appointment for pick-up must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Walk-Ups will not be accepted! The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Huntsville assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Friday only, excluding legal holidays. Default: Default shall include (1) failure to observe the terms and conditions; (2) failure to make good and timely payment; or (3) failure to remove all items within the specified time. Default may result in termination of the contract and suspension from participation in all future sales until the default has been cured. If the buyer fails in the performance of his/her obligations, the City of Huntsville may pursue such remedies as are provided by law. The City of Huntsville reserves the right to reclaim and resell all items not removed by the Buyer thirty (30) days from the expiration of specified removal date.
