****This vehicle has been take out of service due to an cracked rear end housing and a severe engine oil leak****. All emergency equipment has been removed. The exterior has minor dents dings and scratches. There is glue and impression where decals were removed.There are scratches on the hood. There are holes and exposed wires where emergency equipment was removed. The interior has minor wear and tear damages to the seats, dash, door panels and floor covering. The tires are good, the glass is good with minor dings and scratches.

This vehicle should not be driven until repairs are made.....Plan to haul away....The rear axle is not completely reinstalled; just stuck underneath to enable moving the vehicle around on the yard. The batteries are dead and you must come prepared to jump start the Ambulance to start....

Please insure that you bring or send proper tow vehicle and battery booster to pickup this ambulance.....Charleston County CAN NOT PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE WITH REMOVAL OF THIS ITEM...."DO NOT ASK".

Inspection: Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must contact M.L. Garrett, Fleet Department at (843) 202-7902 and make an appointment for property inspection, prior to the inspection day and time. Inspections will generally be conducted on: Mondays and Wednesdays between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 PM

Payment: Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Payment not received in 5 business days will result in default, and are subject to penalties. In accordance with SC Dept. of Revenue, Dealers, Wholesalers, Scrap etc., are Exempt from SC sales Tax (with proper licensing and verification). Private individual purchases of vehicles will be taxed 5%, with a maximum of $300.00. Non-vehicle purchases will be taxed at 8.5%. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency; Certified Cashiers Check; Money Order; or Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory).
