Payment

Removal

Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

A: The trailer measures 32' from hitch to bumper. One side of the kitchen table is missing. The bench portion and table top. A couple of cabinet doors are missing and maybe in trailer under the sink. (6/21/12 7:58 AM)

A: One full size bed in the back of the trailer. The front bed was removed for office space with could be made very easy. It has a couch that turns into a sleeper. The kitchen set is missing other then one side, which includes a bench seat. So, bed room in back, bathroom full size on drivers side, kitchen on drivers side, the table was on passenger side, couch is on drivers side and the front room has a curtain devider so you can close it.
