MUST BE PICKED UP BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00-10:30 A.M AND 1:00-3:00 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH Thursday and 7:00 A.M. until NOON on FRIDAY.

ITEMS MAY BE INSPECTED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1:00-3:00pm cst MONDAYS ONLY. INSPECTION IS ENCOURAGED.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Please understand that all unpaid items will be re-posted on the 6th day, and non-paying customers will be blocked from participating in future auctions. Payment is made at 1 Public Square Suite 301. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, certified cashiers check, money order or a company check (with bank letter guaranteeing funds--mandatory) Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the buyer's certificate. A $10 per day storage charge WILL be charged beginning on the 11th day if the buyer fails to pickup the item(s). Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Those purchasing vehicles are responsible for providing all tools, carriers, mechanics, etc necessary to transport the vehicle. Under no circumstances will the City of Clarksville assume any responsibility for packing, loading, and shipping.
