Our staff at Surplus Property has no information regarding the time at which this piece of furniture was originally purchased, the manufacturer, or what it was being used for at the Warden's Mansion.

All of the furniture that was housed in the former North Dakota Warden's Mansion was assessed as being in "Good" condition by the agency. "Good" condition means the property is usable without repair.

The cabinet seen here shows minor signs of wear and tear such as scratches and slight discoloration. Also, as you can see from the pictures, the decorative glass is peeling away from the side of the cabinet and there is a small chip in the mirror.

PAYMENT & REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

The Buyer’s Certificate will contain information to schedule payment & removal. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Checks shall be made payable to: North Dakota State Agency for Surplus Property

Property may be removed by appointment only. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
