The user may view system enhancement documentation in the 'scrolling' text area of the Home page. Scrolling message with attached enhancement documentation will contain a "Click here for more details" hyperlink. The user will select the link to view the documentation in a 'new' window.

Note: Enhancement documentation will be opened in a 'new' window. To print the documentation, use the print capabilities of the opened window. To return to GovDeals, close the 'new' window.
