Existing Member: The GovDeals Bidders Agreement version is not equal to the current version maintained in the system. Upon login, you will be asked to read and agree to this new version to continue membership with GovDeals.
Step 1. Read the Bidders Agreement.
Step 2. Click 'I Accept' or 'I Decline.'
NOTES: The following applies to the GovDeals Bidders Agreement processing.
Clicking 'I Decline' will prevent you from registering/maintaining your registration in GovDeals. For an existing registered buyer, their GovDeals status will be set to 'Inactive.'
Clicking 'I Accept' will allow you to proceed with your registration request/login process.
Step 3. Click 'Submit.' The Buyer Registration Information page (new member registration) or Buyer Home page (existing registered buyer) will be opened.
