PAYMENT: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Payment shall be in the form of: • Visa/Master Card ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS.

SALES TAX: State of Virginia sales tax of 5% of the final purchase price will be collected at time of payment, unless successful bidder can furnish tax exemption certificate or information.

VEHICLE TITLES: Title(s) will be mailed to you once complete payment has been received. Please allow 5 days business days to receive the title after payment has been made. Some agencies will issue the title to the successful buyer at the location where the vehicle is picked up therefore mailing will not be required. REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. If the purchaser does not remove the property purchased within the specified number of days after date of the award, the Commonwealth reserves the right to retain the purchase price and re-sell the property a second time, keeping any proceeds obtained.
