Panel size: Radius size (47-1/2” X 44”) for the ends and straight size (47-3/4” X 44) for the straight-aways; (2) panels for egress of zamboni and (1) swing door panel to participant egress Mat size: 32 individual mats that span the width of the system at the mats specific location plus some additional footage to connect to headers. The mats are made of ½” black polyurethane lines that connect to (2) 2” headers (one fill and one return) Rink dimension: 120’x 60’ Piping: Several section of 4” fill piping; and several section of 4”return piping available to be placed (based on distance of trailer from ice rink) Misc. System includes 800galllons glycol/water mixture @ -12 degree refractometer strength. The system has uses over 800+ gallons of glycol/ water mixture to attain sufficient operating pressure that is re-useable in the system. The system has functioned in cloudy 50ish degree weather; however the pre-foundation surface that would exist beneath the sand and mats and any covering over top of the system could increase the systems ability to function at temps above 50ish degree.
