Payment must be in the form of cashier check, or money order (made out to HORRY COUNTY), Mastercard or Visa. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS AND NO BUSINESS OR PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You will have 10 business days from the receipt of the Buyer's Certificate to pick up your item.
