This 1962 Cessna single engine fixed wing airplane has been tied down since 2003. This aircraft has sustained significant control surface damage as a result of Hurricane Charlie (2004) and Wilma (2005). This aircraft is not in flyable condition.
This airplane is being sold to satisfy liens incurred at Page Field General Aviation Airport. We DO NOT hold title to this airplane and it is being sold subject to any and all liens that may be held against this airplane. Lee County Port Authority holds a lien in the amount of $1,462.80 which is subject to monthly increases for storage fees. At present we are aware of no other liens of record. This amount at time of sale shall be paid in full prior to removal of the aircraft. If the sale price does not meet/exceed the lien amount, buyer shall pay the difference of the sale price and the lien amount. There may be additional liens and it is the responsibility of the potential buyer(s) to do any and all research regarding condition and liens for this item.
This airplane is being sold ‘AS IS/WHERE IS” without any warranty as to condition and/or operations status.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, made payable to: Lee County Port Authority. No personal checks or money will be accepted.
Removal: All items must be removed within 30 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 30 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
